From the moment you pay, here's exactly what we do
Onboarding Call & Brief Collection
- 30–45 minute onboarding call with your dedicated project lead.
- We collect: brand guidelines, tone, niche references, target audience, and 3–5 inspiration videos.
- You'll receive a shared folder for raw footage, logos, fonts, music preferences and B-roll access.
- What you need to prepare: one piece of raw footage and a quick voice note about what you want it to feel like.
Sample in Production
- Your editor builds the first sample using your brief — not a template.
- Internal QC pass #1: pacing, hook strength (first 3 seconds), and retention curve.
- Internal QC pass #2: color, audio leveling, captions accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Why it takes this long: a rushed first sample is the #1 reason clients churn from other agencies.
Sample Delivery
- Delivered via Frame.io (timestamped comments) and a downloadable MP4 in your dashboard.
- Includes: 1080p master, 9:16 short-form cut, and a thumbnail option pack.
- What to look for: hook, pacing, on-brand feel, and whether it sounds like you.
- You'll also get a 60-second Loom from your editor explaining the creative choices made.
Feedback Window
- Good feedback = timestamped, specific, and tied to outcome (e.g. "0:04 feels slow, can we tighten?").
- Two free revision rounds included — most clients only need one.
- If feedback is delayed past 10 days, the project pauses (not cancels) and resumes when you're ready.
- If you're unsure what to ask for, your project lead will suggest changes based on retention data.
Full Production Begins
- Batches delivered weekly (short-form) or bi-weekly (long-form), depending on your plan.
- Slack or WhatsApp channel opened with your editor + project lead — typical reply within 4 working hours.
- Monthly performance review: which videos hit, which didn't, and what we'll change next month.
- Cancel, pause, or upgrade anytime from your dashboard — no contracts, no awkward emails.
What if something goes wrong?

If you don't like the first sample
You get a full re-edit by a different editor at no cost. If you still don't love it after that, you get a full refund — no questions, no clawback.
If we miss a deadline
You get the next batch free. We track every delivery internally; we'll tell you before you have to ask.

Message your project lead. We reassign within 48 hours and you keep all work delivered so far.
